At Red & Roan, all of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality standards, and produce thoughtfully designed items just for you. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will ship.

Made-to-Order Production

All Red & Roan products are produced only after an order is placed.

• Apparel, accessories, and home goods are printed and fulfilled through our production partner, Gelato

• The Puppy Potty Box is manufactured and shipped separately, directly from the manufacturer

Because items are made to order, production time is required before shipping begins.

Local & Distributed Fulfillment

Many Red & Roan products are produced using a distributed fulfillment model through our production partner, Gelato.

This means items are manufactured and shipped from a fulfillment partner located as close to the delivery address as possible. This approach helps to:

• Reduce unnecessary international shipping

• Lower overall shipping distances and transit times

• Decrease the carbon footprint associated with transportation

• Minimize customs delays where possible

As a result, your order may ship from different production facilities depending on the item and destination, and carrier details may vary.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Printed Merchandise (via Gelato)

• Production typically begins immediately after your order is placed

• Production time may vary based on the item, print location, and seasonal demand

• Once produced, items ship using standard shipping through regional carriers

Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, though timing may vary depending on destination, carrier volume, and time of year.

Puppy Potty Box

• Puppy Potty Boxes are manufactured to order

• Depending on order size and production volume, manufacturing can take up to two weeks

• Once manufacturing is complete, the item will ship using standard ground shipping

Because this item is larger and ships separately, delivery timelines may differ from other Red & Roan products.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items (for example, apparel and a Puppy Potty Box), items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one shipment notification for a single order.

Red & Roan currently ships to:

• Canada

• United States (continental U.S.)

Shipping to Canadian Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-standard or international destinations may be available by request and requires a custom shipping quote.
